Bianca Abrams is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC011562), National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), and the Founder and CEO of ElevateWorks—an Atlanta-based consulting company transforming how organizations support mental well-being, resilience, and sustainable performance.
With an M.A. in Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology, Bianca merges clinical depth with a passion for helping people thrive—at work, in school, and in life. Her philosophy is grounded in her signature L.E.A.D. framework: Lead with Love, Education, Action, and Discipline.
Bianca has delivered mental health and leadership development programs for individuals and teams across sectors, creating custom workshops and coaching solutions rooted in research, compassion, and real-world application. Through ElevateWorks, she equips clients with actionable tools to build healthier teams, navigate stress, and achieve a more fulfilling work-life balance.
Her clinical background includes serving diverse populations at the Tanner Center for Behavioral Health, as well as providing social-emotional learning and restorative practices as a Professional School Counselor. Bianca’s warmth, patience, and sense of humor make her a trusted partner in both therapeutic and professional settings.
Outside of work, Bianca enjoys time with loved ones, travel, and the outdoors—living out the same balanced, intentional life she helps others build.

Brittany Briscoe

Brittany Briscoe is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Atlanta, GA, with a powerful blend of clinical expertise and workplace learning experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling from Mercer University and has spent the past five years running a successful private practice, guiding individuals and families through growth, healing, and resilience.
Beyond the therapy room, Brittany brings over 10 years of experience in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resources. She has led learning and development initiatives across labor unions, government agencies, and youth-centered organizations—designing full-scale training programs, delivering workshops to hundreds of professionals, and shaping staff engagement strategies that drive lasting change.
Brittany is known for her ability to fuse emotional intelligence with organizational effectiveness. Her training approach is interactive, inclusive, and rooted in how adults learn best—ensuring that every session is not just informative, but also engaging and impactful.
Whether she’s coaching leaders or facilitating cultural transformation, Brittany’s commitment to building healthier, more empowered workplaces shines through in everything she does.
